Each video focuses on a key element of the sales process. The videos can be used for an entire sales team, small groups with specific needs, a new-hire or one-one.

For easy facilitation, Cindy Novotny delivers the video content just like an MCA classroom workshop. Exercises are included to guide leaders through discussion and a debrief of the session. A secure link is provided, and each session has a completion report to monitor and track participation.
